Local by design, not by marketing
Dr. Handyman Service works in North Miami. Not "greater Miami," not "all of South Florida" — this city and the streets immediately around it. That constraint is deliberate. A crew that drives the same neighborhoods every day knows that houses in Griffing Park still hide plaster and lath, that Keystone Point hardware corrodes twice as fast, and that a condo on Biscayne Boulevard needs a certificate of insurance before anyone touches a service elevator.
The practical result is fewer return trips, shorter arrival windows and estimates that hold, because the surprises in a North Miami house are not surprises to us.
How we quote
Every job starts with a free estimate that lists scope, materials and price. If a project genuinely requires a licensed specialty contractor and a Miami-Dade permit — panel upgrades, re-piping, structural changes, roof replacement — we say so up front and coordinate the right trade rather than taking work we should not.
What we will not do
We do not publish invented reviews, stock "team" photos passed off as our crew, or before-and-after images from someone else's job. Where real assets are still pending on this site, they are labeled as placeholders instead of quietly filled with fiction.
